Roles We're Hiring

Coach & Program Director

Full-Time

Runs the day-to-day program: League Play coaching staff, scrims, outside-coach relationships for camps, standards-setting, and 1:1 member training.

League Play Coach

Part-Time

Coach one or more League Play teams or pods. A coach can run multiple different games in the same age bracket, or the same game across different age brackets — never two teams of the same game in the same classification.

Camp Instructor

Part-Time / Seasonal

Lead multi-day summer and seasonal camps. Structured instructional plan provided — your job is to deliver it at a high level.

Boot Camp Instructor

Part-Time / Seasonal

Lead a single focused-topic weekend session. Deep specialization in one specific mechanic or strategy required — not general coaching.

What We Look For

Current or former college esports coach or varsity collegiate player (or equivalent high-level experience) in your title(s)
Deep game knowledge
Strong communication with players and parents
Age 18+ (21+ preferred)
Able to pass a background check
